When a raging tornado hit Haralton County, Georgia last week, citizens of the town of Bremen broke in panic.
Hundreds of pupils at Bremen High School, nearby Haralton, were asked to take shelter after their lunch when tornado sirens around their school started blaring.
Teachers and staff, then, told the students to take cover in their school’s hallway as their waited for any news to do otherwise.
However, in the storm, students found a way to keep their calm by coming together and comforting each other by singing an amazing a capella rendition of a famous Christian carol: “Mary Did You Know?”.
Jessica Pruitt Labbe, a teacher at Bremen High School, happened to take a video of the inspirational incident.
“Who is afraid during a tornado watch/warning at BHS…not me because I’m reassured and reminded today that Mary’s baby boy has got this!” Jessica posted on Facebook.
“…just as the show choir concluded the song, their classmates applauded and then the principal announced that the storm had passed,” Fox News reported.
